ABC: Afghans besides of war, have to deal with natural disasters.

Snowfall, avalanche, snowstorm killed around 65 individuals, and many other wounded and still trapped under snow includes children and women, according to officials.

In the last avalanche, 14 people were killed and four wounded in the Surkh Persa district of central Parwan province—Northern of the capital Kabul—on Sunday, reported Pajhwok Afghan News.

In northern Sar-i-Pul province, at least seven people died, and more than 60 homes destroyed as the snowstorm continued.

National Disaster Management authority announced on Friday that snowfall, avalanche and cold weather killed 32 people and wounded 43 other in 19 provinces of Afghanistan.

Avalanche killed 10 people in the Northern Badakhshan province on Friday, according to officials.

Heavy snowfall and snowstorm have killed two people and wounded many others and one went missing In Yakawalang district of central region of Bamyan province, an official said.

Roads between Bamyan and Ghor provinces are still closed. In the north of the capital Kabul, strategic Salang route which is the main road of nine Northen provinces to the capital remained closed to Traffic, according to officials.

Each year, snowfall, snowstorm and avalanche kill and destroy people’s lives of northern provinces and central region of Afghanistan.
